1. Warranty Coverage

Byrax Trade and Supplies products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

During the warranty period, Byrax Trade and Supplies will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part that is proven to be defective due to a manufacturing fault.

2. What’s Covered

This warranty applies to:

• Structural components such as frames, braces, platforms, and fittings.

• Manufacturing or welding defects.

• Faults arising from normal use and assembly according to Byrax Trade and Supplies’ instructions.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, overloading, impact, modification, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

• Corrosion or surface rust due to environmental exposure.

• Damage arising from improper storage or transport.

• Use of non–Byrax Trade and Supplies components or accessories.

4. Conditions of Warranty

To make a warranty claim:

1. The product must have been used and maintained in accordance with Byrax Trade and Supplies’ guidelines.

2. Proof of purchase must be provided (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation).

3. Claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

Byrax Trade and Supplies reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the cause of the fault before repair or replacement.

5. Limitations

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts only.
Byrax Trade and Supplies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or costs arising from the use of the product, including downtime or site delays.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
